Meet The Owner
Bailie Tynan
"My name is Bailie, I am 26 years old & a Crossfit Fanatic. I have been doing Crossfit for over 10+ years now & have been a coach for 3 of those years. I have a bachelor degree in Teaching (Secondary), majoring in PDHPE. I had been a teacher, working full-time on contract & casually since 2022.
My passion for Crossfit came from my Mother, Judith Tynan, watching her compete at the Masters Crossfit Games four times. Two of which, I was lucky enough to coach her.
Coaching in two different gyms, I have been able to pass on my knowledge & watch people apply it, in an attempt to better themselves daily. It fulfilled me, to be apart of someone's journey & aid them in achieving their short & long term goals.
Now, I am extremely grateful to be leading my own gym, to be able to build a really positive environment for people to come, sweat & move, train & work hard, learn & be supported by coaches & other members."
