WHAT IS PERFORM

FG Athletic's Functional Fitness Program - 6 day program

At FG Athletic, our Functional Fitness Classes run every day and are designed to make you stronger, faster, and fitter for life. We focus on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, helping you build real-world strength and resilience.

Each session blends the best elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning, running, rowing, strongman and more, giving you a complete approach to fitness.

Our program is universally scalable, meaning every workout can be adapted to suit your experience, goals, and ability level. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing elite performance, you’ll find the perfect challenge here.

For those committed to performing, transforming, and pushing limits. This is where excuses end and results begin.

WHAT IS ENGINE

Cardio Speciality - 5 day program

Our Engine sessions are designed for the driven athlete who isn’t afraid to turn up the heat and get sweaty. We offer this program, free of charge, available for viewing on Wodify. These sessions focus on building your aerobic base, the foundation of performance.

This program can be used as your primary source of fitness or to complement your perform track.

A strong engine means you’ll recover faster, move more explosively, and sustain intensity for longer during high-demand workouts. By developing your aerobic system, you’ll unlock greater endurance, quicker recovery, and better overall performance.

Simply put: the stronger your engine, the stronger your game.

WHAT IS BUILD

Strength Biased - 4 day program

Our Build sessions are designed to help you get stronger, move better, and build lean muscle. We offer this program, free of charge, available for viewing on Wodify.

Each session focuses on either upper body, lower body, or a full-body split. This program can be used as your primary source for strength training or to complement your perform track.

Whether you’re chasing raw strength, looking to sculpt lean muscle, or wanting to level up your performance, Build is where it happens.
